Returns Policy

Returns are accepted under the following conditions.

If a product is damaged please contact us to explain the problem, we will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and details of where to send the damaged goods back to. Requests for returns for damaged items must be made within 10 days and the product returned within a further 10 working days. Returns will not be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Number.

When we receive the returned item, please allow up to 3 working days for it to be processed and replacement to be dispatched or refund to be processed.

Non-faulty items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they have not been opened or used and are in the same condition as they were sold. Postage will be at your cost.

When sending products you must still obtain a Returns Authorisation Number from us and we ask that you acquire proof of postage. If you send back an item and we do not receive it, we will be unable to provide any further help if you do not have proof of postage.

The return label must clearly state the Return Authorisation Number which we have provided you.

E-liquids are excluded from the returns policy.
